Jake Paul returns to the ring to face what could conceivably be his toughest opponent to date when he takes on Andre August at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Florida on December 15. The action will air on DAZN worldwide.
Having competed almost exclusively against MMA fighters, Paul fought an 8-0 Tommy Fury in February. The former lost the fight, though he was credited with scoring a knockdown against the half-brother of Tyson Fury in the final round.
Paul returned to the ring column by outpointing Nate Diaz in August and looks to close out the year with another victory.
If he beats August, Paul wants recognition as a ranked cruiserweight before fighting for a world title.
However, August is ready to show the world that he isn’t a stepping stone for Paul.
